For a work that has no named author, use the work's title. Here are examples in the narrative format and the parenthetical format. 

Narrative citation

According to "Sleep and Chronic Illness" (2014), illnesses play a significant role in one's quality of sleep. 

The New GRE Premier (2011) recommends setting up a regular study schedule. 

Parenthetical citation

Illnesses play a significant role in one's quality of sleep ("Sleep and Chronic Illness," 2014)

It is a good idea to set up a regular study schedule (New GRE Premier, 2011)
